Similar to our floating frame kits (shown), these two-piece floating frames are designed with a recessed panel that allows the thickness of felted work (or other fibres) to sit slightly below the frame. Total depth of frame is two inches, with a quarter inch reveal between the panel and the frame. Sold as a kit and ready for paint or stain. Simply tack or glue your work to the sturdy cradled panel below, pop it into the frame and screw the frame and cradle together*.

As you are no doubt aware, fuel prices are at all-time high levels and economic sanctions to Russia have interrupted the import of Russian birch plywood. The Twisted Doorbell Studio Gallery has resisted raising prices as long as possible but due to the critical nature of the current situation, we can no longer continue to absorb the increased costs.

Along with a price increase on panels earlier in the year, we will now be implementing a temporary fuel surcharge on delivery orders*.  We hope that by sharing this burden we can maintain the high quality service you have come to expect from us.
