What could possible be next? Godzilla, floods...locusts?

As you are no doubt aware, fuel prices are at all-time high levels and economic sanctions to Russia have interrupted the import of Russian birch plywood. The Twisted Doorbell Studio Gallery has resisted raising prices as long as possible but due to the critical nature of the current situation, we can no longer continue to absorb the increased costs.

Along with a price increase on panels earlier in the year, we will now be implementing a temporary fuel surcharge on delivery orders*. We hope that by sharing this burden we can maintain the high quality service you have come to expect from us.

NEW! CRADLED RUG PANELS

Frame your hooked rugs or fibre art with our Cradled Rug Panels. Each cradle is 1-1/2" deep with a 6mm thick Russian birch panel inset 1/4" within the frame; sturdy enough to mount and display your work beautifully. Frames are lightly sanded and unfinished. Simply paint the frame (or leave it natural!) and staple your piece directly to the panel.

Hanging hardware is also available to complete your piece. Whether you use d-rings and hanging wire or sawtooth hooks and silicone bumpers, our hanging hardware is super easy to use.

As always, our panels are locally made in our shop in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia.

Simply paint or stain the panel and pop it into the frame when it's dry. You can't get easier than that!

NEW! Floating Birch Panels!

In addition to our extra deep cradles (see blog post below), we've also added Floating Panels to our portfolio.

These custom 6mm unprimed Russian birch panels are mounted on a wood cradle that make your work appear to "float" off the wall. As with all our panels, they are lightly sanded and unprimed — ready for you to start creating!

Annual PEI Panel Delivery

Curbside service available.

As always, delivery is FREE on orders over $100 (HST extra) within our delivery area in the Annapolis Valley, NS. Delivery to Halifax/HRM is available. Custom panel orders are welcome. No minimum order. Curbside pick up available in Bridgetown.

How to install a sawtooth hook

Sawtooth hooks are a great way to hang your artwork. Nail-less sawtooth hooks are easier to handle than the fiddly ones with tiny nails, particularly if you have challenges with your hands. The Twisted Doorbell always keeps these beauties in stock!
